How can I display my Association's logo on my profile

At this stage, you need to obtain permission from your association to display their logo on your profile. We can do this for you, if you make a request on our contact page. Otherwise, please forward a copy of their response to us when you receive it.

Why doesn't my modality have a link to information on that modality?

Why doesn't my association name have a link to its website?

Firstly, make sure you have typed your abbreviated association name. For example: "ANTA", not "Australian Natural Therapists Association". If there is still not a link, please let us know via the contact page as we may not have linked to this association yet.

How do I change the name at the top of my profile?

If you go to My Account>>Edit>>Settings you can choose whether you want your display name or your username to appear at the top of your profile. You can set your display name at My Account>>Edit>>Personal Information. This display name will be used when posting comments or other content on Massage Hub.

Why is the layout of my page all messed up?

Please contact us if this is the case and make sure you let us know which operating system and browser you are using. For example, "Windows XP with Internet Explorer" or "Max OS/X Tiger with Safari". Also please let us know exactly which item on which has been affected. In the meantime, if you use Firefox fewer problems should be encountered.

How is the Search Engine for Therapists Sorted?

The sort order for this engine is basically the order that you signed up in*, which means that the earlier you sign on the higher up the lists you will be listed.

* - the actual sort order is also influenced by voluntary contributions. This way I can make it free for people who need it to be, and people who can afford to pay can do so. It also keeps the advertising on the site to a minimum.
